Miwako Wakui is a practising Clinical psychologist specialising in mental health and workplace bullying. She is also a practising Labour and Security attorney,  career counsellor and lecturer in Japan.

 

Professional Experience

She is the Founder of Prism Ltd, with offices in Tokyo, Fukuoka, and Singapore. She has worked with various Japanese government agencies, prefectural executive agencies and multinational organisations in employee training and counselling. She is the author of 21 books and a regular contributor of articles to HR magazines.
